我校召開黨委理論學習中心組(擴大)2021年5月份第一次集體學習會

5月(yue)12日(ri),黨(dang)委(wei)書記高磊在圖(tu)書行政樓第一會議室主持(chi)召開(kai)了黨(dang)委(wei)理論(lun)學習中心組(擴大)2021年5月(yue)份第一次集體學習會。

會議(yi)學(xue)(xue)習了《中國(guo)(guo)共產黨(dang)統(tong)一(yi)戰線工作條例》第一(yi)章、第二章,習近平《論中國(guo)(guo)共產黨(dang)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)》中的(de)“正確認識改(gai)革開(kai)(kai)放(fang)前和改(gai)革開(kai)(kai)放(fang)后兩個(ge)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)時期”“知(zhi)史(shi)(shi)愛黨(dang),知(zhi)史(shi)(shi)愛國(guo)(guo)”和“學(xue)(xue)習黨(dang)史(shi)(shi)、國(guo)(guo)史(shi)(shi)是堅(jian)持(chi)和發展中國(guo)(guo)特色社會主義的(de)必修課(ke)”。

高磊指出,黨(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)十八大以(yi)來,習(xi)(xi)(xi)近平(ping)總書(shu)記高度重視黨(dang)(dang)史(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi),圍繞中(zhong)國(guo)共產黨(dang)(dang)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)發表了(le)系列重要(yao)論述,集(ji)中(zhong)體(ti)現(xian)在習(xi)(xi)(xi)近平(ping)《論中(zhong)國(guo)共產黨(dang)(dang)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)》一書(shu)中(zhong)。這些重要(yao)論述,體(ti)現(xian)著我(wo)們黨(dang)(dang)對自身歷(li)史(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)一貫(guan)立場和態度,體(ti)現(xian)了(le)我(wo)們黨(dang)(dang)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)運用(yong)黨(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)重要(yao)性(xing)和必要(yao)性(xing)的(de)(de)深(shen)刻認識,是(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)近平(ping)新時代中(zhong)國(guo)特色社會主義思(si)想(xiang)的(de)(de)重要(yao)組成部分。全校領(ling)導干部和廣大黨(dang)(dang)員必須(xu)用(yong)腦用(yong)心用(yong)情學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi),真正(zheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)深(shen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)細學(xue)(xue)(xue)精,在工作實(shi)踐中(zhong)抓好貫(guan)徹落實(shi)。

高磊強(qiang)調,學(xue)(xue)習(xi)習(xi)近平(ping)《論中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國共產黨(dang)歷(li)史(shi)》,關鍵是(shi)要(yao)(yao)理論聯系實(shi)(shi)(shi)際(ji)學(xue)(xue),切實(shi)(shi)(shi)用總書(shu)(shu)記(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)論述(shu)指(zhi)(zhi)導實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐推動(dong)學(xue)(xue)校高質量發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。一(yi)(yi)是(shi)堅持走自己的(de)(de)(de)(de)路。總書(shu)(shu)記(ji)說(shuo):“三十多(duo)年來,我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)能(neng)(neng)(neng)夠創造出(chu)人(ren)類歷(li)史(shi)上前無古人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)成(cheng)就(jiu),走出(chu)了正確道(dao)路是(shi)根本原因”。就(jiu)學(xue)(xue)校而(er)言(yan),我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)積(ji)極探索(suo)類型教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)背景下職(zhi)業高等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)人(ren)才(cai)培養規律,在(zai)省內(nei)率先(xian)(xian)實(shi)(shi)(shi)施完全學(xue)(xue)分(fen)制改(gai)革、率先(xian)(xian)推行“書(shu)(shu)院制”學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)管(guan)理模式改(gai)革、面向行業產業實(shi)(shi)(shi)施“以(yi)群建(jian)院”等,我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)培養學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)不(bu)僅(jin)懂技術(shu),還要(yao)(yao)會(hui)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活,更要(yao)(yao)有(you)品位,這(zhe)(zhe)些(xie)都是(shi)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)研透國家(jia)政策文件結(jie)合學(xue)(xue)校實(shi)(shi)(shi)際(ji)而(er)謀定的(de)(de)(de)(de),這(zhe)(zhe)些(xie)改(gai)革和提(ti)法領先(xian)(xian)于(yu)省內(nei)其他高校,并取得(de)了初步成(cheng)效(xiao),推動(dong)了學(xue)(xue)校實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)更高質量發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。二(er)(er)是(shi)順(shun)(shun)應(ying)世界大(da)(da)勢(shi)(shi)(shi)。“世界潮(chao)流(liu)(liu),浩浩蕩蕩,順(shun)(shun)之(zhi)則昌,逆之(zhi)則亡”。我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)順(shun)(shun)應(ying)大(da)(da)勢(shi)(shi)(shi),緊抓(zhua)獨立學(xue)(xue)院轉設(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)機遇,積(ji)極推進(jin)轉設(she)升本工作,籌(chou)建(jian)山(shan)東職(zhi)業技術(shu)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)。目前職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)高地建(jian)設(she)已成(cheng)為(wei)職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)大(da)(da)勢(shi)(shi)(shi),我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)必(bi)須因勢(shi)(shi)(shi)利導、順(shun)(shun)勢(shi)(shi)(shi)而(er)為(wei),在(zai)時代(dai)前進(jin)潮(chao)流(liu)(liu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)把(ba)握主動(dong),贏得(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。三是(shi)代(dai)表最(zui)廣大(da)(da)人(ren)民根本利益。總書(shu)(shu)記(ji)說(shuo):“我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)黨(dang)之(zhi)所以(yi)得(de)到(dao)人(ren)民擁護和支(zhi)持,就(jiu)是(shi)因為(wei)能(neng)(neng)(neng)始終代(dai)表中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國最(zui)廣大(da)(da)人(ren)民根本利益”。就(jiu)學(xue)(xue)校而(er)言(yan),我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)堅持“以(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)為(wei)主體、以(yi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)理念,不(bu)斷(duan)改(gai)善辦學(xue)(xue)條件,提(ti)升師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)幸福(fu)指(zhi)(zhi)數。引導教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工把(ba)個(ge)人(ren)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)校發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)相結(jie)合,小我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)融入(ru)大(da)(da)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo),在(zai)融入(ru)學(xue)(xue)校發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)大(da)(da)局中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)更好發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。四是(shi)加(jia)強(qiang)黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)自身建(jian)設(she)。黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)是(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國革命取得(de)勝利的(de)(de)(de)(de)三大(da)(da)法寶之(zhi)一(yi)(yi)。學(xue)(xue)校要(yao)(yao)想實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)高質量發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),必(bi)須做強(qiang)內(nei)功,練好“鐵(tie)布(bu)衫(shan)”,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步加(jia)強(qiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊(dui)伍(wu)、管(guan)理隊(dui)伍(wu)、學(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)伍(wu)建(jian)設(she),不(bu)斷(duan)提(ti)升教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)課堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)、科研能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li),不(bu)斷(duan)提(ti)升服務管(guan)理水平(ping)。五是(shi)堅定中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國特色社會(hui)主義自信(xin)(xin)。“自信(xin)(xin)人(ren)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)二(er)(er)百(bai)年,會(hui)當水擊三千里”。對我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)而(er)言(yan),目前正處于(yu)爬坡過坎(kan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)關鍵時期,只有(you)全校師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)擰成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)股繩、凝聚一(yi)(yi)條心(xin),堅定打(da)造“打(da)造中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國最(zui)好的(de)(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)業高等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)”“創建(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國職(zhi)業高等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)‘山(shan)職(zhi)’樣本”的(de)(de)(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)心(xin),勇往直前、奮勇拼(pin)搏,才(cai)能(neng)(neng)(neng)不(bu)斷(duan)開創新局。

高磊指出,思政課(ke)要(yao)加(jia)強理(li)想信念(nian)教(jiao)育(yu),在學(xue)(xue)生中加(jia)強四(si)(si)史(shi)(shi)特別是黨史(shi)(shi)教(jiao)育(yu),堅(jian)持用社會主義核心(xin)價(jia)值觀引領知識(shi)傳授(shou),引導學(xue)(xue)生牢固樹立“四(si)(si)個意識(shi)”,堅(jian)定“四(si)(si)個自信”,立志肩負起民族復興(xing)的(de)時代重(zhong)任。思政課(ke)教(jiao)師要(yao)不斷拓寬歷史(shi)(shi)視(shi)野,加(jia)強“四(si)(si)史(shi)(shi)”的(de)理(li)論研究(jiu),充(chong)分挖掘歷史(shi)(shi)資源,不斷提升教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)的(de)歷史(shi)(shi)深度(du),通過生動、深入、具體的(de)縱橫(heng)比較,把(ba)一些道理(li)講(jiang)明白(bai)、講(jiang)清楚。

高(gao)磊強調,《中(zhong)國共產黨統(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)線工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)條(tiao)例》的修訂和實(shi)施,是新時(shi)(shi)代(dai)加(jia)強統(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)線制度體系(xi)建(jian)設的重要舉措,為(wei)“十(shi)四五”期間(jian)乃至未來更(geng)長時(shi)(shi)期黨的統(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)線事業注入了強大動力(li)(li),具有深刻意義。我們必(bi)須要以高(gao)度的政治責任感(gan)和歷史使命(ming)感(gan),加(jia)強統(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)線工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的謀劃部署。各(ge)級黨組(zu)織(zhi)要認真組(zu)織(zhi)學習《條(tiao)例》,把握和落實(shi)統(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)新要求。不斷創新統(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)方式(shi)方法,把廣大統(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)成員緊(jin)緊(jin)團結在黨的周圍,引導他們立足本職建(jian)功立業。為(wei)譜寫(xie)學校高(gao)質量發展新篇章貢獻統(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)力(li)(li)量。
