近期(qi),山東職業(ye)學(xue)院分批次、分區域、錯時錯峰組織學(xue)生返校復學(xue)。學(xue)校黨委(wei)從(cong)嚴(yan)落實主體責(ze)任(ren),做細防控、做實管(guan)理、做暖(nuan)服務,堅決筑(zhu)牢(lao)校園(yuan)健(jian)康安(an)全防線,全力保障學(xue)生在校健(jian)康安(an)全。
關注心理健康。一是(shi)(shi)(shi)為每名(ming)返校學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)發放《疫情(qing)防控心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健康指(zhi)(zhi)南》,梳理(li)(li)(li)開學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)要做好(hao)的(de)(de)十(shi)大心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)準備,列舉常見心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)問(wen)題及解(jie)決方法,為同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)們提供(gong)(gong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)支持和指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)。二是(shi)(shi)(shi)開通24小時心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)咨詢熱(re)線(xian)(xian),為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)提供(gong)(gong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)疏導(dao)(dao)和緩解(jie)壓力(li)指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao),組織輔導(dao)(dao)員、班主(zhu)任、無課教師(shi)輔助做好(hao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)需求摸查,“一對一”提供(gong)(gong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)跟蹤服務和指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)。三是(shi)(shi)(shi)線(xian)(xian)上線(xian)(xian)下同(tong)步開展心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健康宣傳,不斷深化“生(sheng)(sheng)活觀(guan)(guan)、生(sheng)(sheng)命觀(guan)(guan)、生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)觀(guan)(guan)”教育,指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)以積(ji)極的(de)(de)心(xin)(xin)(xin)態(tai)面對挫折,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)會在(zai)逆境中微(wei)笑、成長(chang)、成熟(shu),提高學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)調適(shi)能力(li)。
開展衛生教育。一(yi)是為每名返(fan)校(xiao)學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)發放《新型冠狀(zhuang)病(bing)毒(du)肺炎防(fang)控(kong)指南》,科普(pu)防(fang)護知識,介(jie)紹(shao)學校(xiao)防(fang)控(kong)體系和(he)防(fang)控(kong)工作,使(shi)學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)明確防(fang)控(kong)要(yao)求(qiu)。二是以班(ban)級為單位組(zu)織開展“返(fan)校(xiao)第(di)一(yi)課(ke)”,加強個人(ren)衛(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)教育(yu)和(he)安(an)全教育(yu),指導(dao)學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)堅持個人(ren)衛(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、維護校(xiao)園(yuan)環境衛(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)。三是組(zu)織開展衛(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)死角(jiao)大(da)掃除和(he)消毒(du)活動(dong),輔(fu)導(dao)員、班(ban)主任(ren)每天進學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)公(gong)寓檢查衛(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)全情(qing)況。
加強學生管理。一(yi)是(shi)為每名返校學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)發放《疫(yi)(yi)情防控(kong)學(xue)(xue)習生(sheng)(sheng)活指南(nan)》,指導學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)保(bao)持良(liang)好生(sheng)(sheng)活習慣,遵(zun)守(shou)學(xue)(xue)校各項制度(du)(du)紀律(lv),科學(xue)(xue)開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)習生(sheng)(sheng)活活動。二(er)是(shi)校園實(shi)(shi)行(xing)封(feng)閉(bi)管理,原則(ze)上(shang)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)不得離校外(wai)出(chu),特殊原因(yin)確需(xu)外(wai)出(chu)的按照疫(yi)(yi)情防控(kong)要求嚴格履行(xing)請假手續。三(san)(san)是(shi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)公寓(yu)(yu)實(shi)(shi)行(xing)閉(bi)環管理,進入公寓(yu)(yu)須(xu)實(shi)(shi)名驗證(zheng),建立班級(ji)和寢(qin)室聯系人(ren),嚴格落實(shi)(shi)早中晚(wan)“一(yi)日(ri)三(san)(san)報告(gao)(gao)”“日(ri)報告(gao)(gao)”“零(ling)報告(gao)(gao)”制度(du)(du)和晚(wan)點名制度(du)(du)。四(si)是(shi)一(yi)日(ri)三(san)(san)餐實(shi)(shi)行(xing)分批、錯時用餐,堂食須(xu)在指定區(qu)域、單人(ren)單座、同一(yi)方向(xiang)用餐。
提供暖心服務。一是(shi)(shi)在(zai)疫(yi)情防控期(qi)間,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)對已(yi)返校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實行(xing)就(jiu)餐(can)(can)補助(zhu)(zhu),每人(ren)每日伙食補助(zhu)(zhu)共12元(yuan)。二是(shi)(shi)機(ji)關(guan)黨總(zong)支(zhi)每日安排一定數量(liang)黨員到餐(can)(can)廳開展服(fu)務(wu),為進出學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)監測(ce)體溫,協助(zhu)(zhu)做(zuo)好學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)餐(can)(can)秩(zhi)序維護工作。三是(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)在(zai)指定地點設(she)置快遞(di)存放處(chu),安排專(zhuan)(zhuan)人(ren)負(fu)責接收,實行(xing)“非接觸式”投遞(di)取件(jian)。四是(shi)(shi)指定專(zhuan)(zhuan)人(ren)為處(chu)在(zai)隔(ge)離期(qi)的(de)在(zai)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)送一日三餐(can)(can)和水果、飲用(yong)(yong)水、衛生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)清潔用(yong)(yong)品(pin)、洗漱用(yong)(yong)品(pin)等。
做好應急處置。一是以(yi)班(ban)級為單位組織開展應急處置培訓,使學(xue)生(sheng)明確疫情(qing)應急處理流(liu)程。二是嚴格(ge)24小(xiao)時(shi)雙人值班(ban)制度,每晚9點(dian)上(shang)報全天情(qing)況,及時(shi)處置突發狀(zhuang)況。三是學(xue)生(sheng)若有(you)感冒、咳嗽(sou)、發燒(shao)、腹瀉(xie)、乏力等(deng)癥狀(zhuang),立即(ji)報告輔(fu)導員,按照疫情(qing)防控應急處置流(liu)程進行應急處置。
