為(wei)提升學(xue)院疫(yi)情防(fang)控(kong)(kong)與應急處(chu)置(zhi)能(neng)力,為(wei)開學(xue)后(hou)(hou)疫(yi)情防(fang)控(kong)(kong)工(gong)作(zuo)打下堅實基(ji)礎,4月10日上午(wu),我(wo)院舉行了疫(yi)情日常防(fang)控(kong)(kong)及(ji)應急處(chu)置(zhi)模擬演練(lian)(lian)(lian)。濟(ji)南市(shi)疾病預防(fang)控(kong)(kong)制中心(xin)高新區(qu)分中心(xin)副主(zhu)任(ren)王靜指導(dao)模擬演練(lian)(lian)(lian),山東(dong)城市(shi)建設職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技術學(xue)院等兄(xiong)弟院校職(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)部門負責(ze)人(ren)觀摩演練(lian)(lian)(lian)。學(xue)院新冠肺炎疫(yi)情應急處(chu)置(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo)領導(dao)小組(春季學(xue)期開學(xue)準(zhun)備工(gong)作(zuo)領導(dao)小組)成員(yuan)(yuan)、應急處(chu)置(zhi)各工(gong)作(zuo)專班(ban)(組)組長和(he)成員(yuan)(yuan)、各有關職(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)處(chu)室工(gong)作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)、部分教職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)及(ji)安保、物業(ye)等后(hou)(hou)勤保障服務人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)參加了此次演練(lian)(lian)(lian)。
本次疫(yi)(yi)情防控(kong)模擬(ni)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)以《山東省高等(deng)學(xue)校2020年春季學(xue)期開學(xue)條(tiao)件核驗細(xi)則》為指導(dao)(dao),由(you)學(xue)院(yuan)新冠肺(fei)炎疫(yi)(yi)情應(ying)(ying)(ying)急(ji)(ji)處(chu)(chu)置(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo)領(ling)導(dao)(dao)小組(zu)統(tong)一安排(pai),制定了詳(xiang)細(xi)的《疫(yi)(yi)情防控(kong)及(ji)(ji)應(ying)(ying)(ying)急(ji)(ji)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)工(gong)作(zuo)手冊》。根據(ju)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)順(shun)序,依次進行了校門防控(kong)及(ji)(ji)應(ying)(ying)(ying)急(ji)(ji)處(chu)(chu)置(zhi)模擬(ni)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)、教學(xue)樓(lou)防控(kong)及(ji)(ji)應(ying)(ying)(ying)急(ji)(ji)處(chu)(chu)置(zhi)模擬(ni)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)、師生餐(can)廳(ting)日(ri)常防控(kong)模擬(ni)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)、學(xue)生公寓防控(kong)及(ji)(ji)應(ying)(ying)(ying)急(ji)(ji)處(chu)(chu)置(zhi)模擬(ni)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)及(ji)(ji)獨立展示模擬(ni)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)等(deng)五(wu)個模塊。
校(xiao)門日常防控及(ji)應急(ji)處置(zhi)模擬演練設在學(xue)校(xiao)新校(xiao)區(qu)北校(xiao)門,分(fen)設教職員(yuan)工(gong)入(ru)校(xiao)、學(xue)生入(ru)校(xiao)和校(xiao)外人(ren)員(yuan)入(ru)校(xiao)等五個(ge)場景,模擬展示了各類人(ren)員(yuan)入(ru)校(xiao)身(shen)份核驗(yan)、體溫監測、信息(xi)登記(ji)等環節及(ji)人(ren)員(yuan)體溫異(yi)常情況下,及(ji)時采取應急(ji)處置(zhi)程序。
教學樓日常(chang)防(fang)控及(ji)應急處置模擬(ni)演(yan)練設在(zai)新校區(qu)九號教學樓,模擬(ni)展示(shi)了(le)師(shi)生健康狀(zhuang)態下(xia)測(ce)溫進入教室(shi)和學生在(zai)上(shang)課過程中突發異常(chang)情況,及(ji)時采取應急處置程序兩(liang)個場景。
師(shi)生餐(can)(can)廳(ting)(ting)日(ri)常(chang)防控(kong)模擬(ni)(ni)演練設(she)在新校區餐(can)(can)廳(ting)(ting)(西側)一樓,分(fen)設(she)師(shi)生排隊測(ce)溫(wen)進(jin)入餐(can)(can)廳(ting)(ting)、取餐(can)(can)用餐(can)(can)和餐(can)(can)后收殘等三個場(chang)景,模擬(ni)(ni)展示了師(shi)生進(jin)出餐(can)(can)廳(ting)(ting)和規范(fan)就餐(can)(can)全過程。
學(xue)生公(gong)寓(yu)日常防控及應(ying)急處(chu)置(zhi)模擬演(yan)練(lian)設在(zai)新(xin)校(xiao)區八號(hao)學(xue)生公(gong)寓(yu),分設學(xue)生健康狀態經體(ti)溫監(jian)測(ce)正常進出宿舍(she)(she)和某宿舍(she)(she)學(xue)生突發體(ti)溫異常情況等兩個場景,模擬展(zhan)示了學(xue)生經測(ce)溫后安全、有序進出宿舍(she)(she)樓(lou)和學(xue)生在(zai)宿舍(she)(she)內身體(ti)突發異常,及時采取應(ying)急處(chu)置(zhi)程序。
獨(du)立(li)展示模擬演練設在圖書(shu)行政樓一樓大廳,集(ji)中(zhong)展示了(le)“七(qi)步(bu)洗手法”操作(zuo)過程,規范佩戴(dai)、 摘取一次性醫用口罩(zhao)操作(zuo)過程。
模(mo)擬演(yan)練(lian)持續一個半小時,全(quan)程緊張有(you)序,各模(mo)擬場景(jing)環環相(xiang)扣,各部門密(mi)切配合,分工(gong)明(ming)確,模(mo)擬演(yan)練(lian)達到了(le)(le)預期效果。此次演(yan)練(lian)檢驗了(le)(le)學(xue)(xue)院疫(yi)(yi)情防控(kong)處(chu)理體系和(he)應(ying)急預案,提高了(le)(le)學(xue)(xue)院的疫(yi)(yi)情防控(kong)工(gong)作水平和(he)突(tu)發(fa)疫(yi)(yi)情應(ying)急處(chu)置能力。學(xue)(xue)院下(xia)一步將及時改進完(wan)善演(yan)練(lian)中發(fa)現(xian)的問題,做(zuo)細做(zuo)實疫(yi)(yi)情防控(kong)工(gong)作各個環節,全(quan)力保(bao)障師生健康安(an)全(quan),為(wei)開學(xue)(xue)準備工(gong)作打下(xia)扎實基礎。
