鐵道供電與電氣工程系扎實推進“大學習、大調研、大改進”

為深入學習貫徹落(luo)實黨的十九(jiu)大精神,根據學院(yuan)黨委(wei)要求(qiu),鐵道供電(dian)與電(dian)氣工程系持續推動“大學習、大調(diao)研、大改(gai)進(jin)”,4月到(dao)6月期間,組(zu)織教(jiao)師(shi)分(fen)別赴青島(dao)鴻普電(dian)氣科技有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)、青島(dao)地(di)鐵有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)、青島(dao)鼎佳電(dian)子有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)、積成(cheng)電(dian)子有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)進(jin)行(xing)調(diao)研,深入了解企業人(ren)才培養需求(qiu)及學生就業與頂(ding)崗實習情況。

在(zai)青島(dao)鴻普電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)科技(ji)有限公司,系(xi)副主(zhu)任(ren)張(zhang)偉、電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)教(jiao)(jiao)研室(shi)主(zhu)任(ren)劉勇與(yu)該公司簽訂(ding)校企(qi)合作(zuo)協議(yi)(yi)和(he)校外實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)基地協議(yi)(yi),并與(yu)往屆(jie)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生進(jin)行深入交流,了解學(xue)(xue)生對(dui)學(xue)(xue)院專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)課(ke)程(cheng)設置、人才培養方案及學(xue)(xue)生管理工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)等方面(mian)建議(yi)(yi)。在(zai)青島(dao)地鐵(tie)有限公司,鐵(tie)道供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)崔景萍(ping)通過(guo)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生、培訓科人員座談,走訪車輛段等方式,了解畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生和(he)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)生適應工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)過(guo)程(cheng)情(qing)況(kuang),掌握(wo)本專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)課(ke)程(cheng)設置、實(shi)(shi)訓實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)等方面(mian)優點(dian)及不足。在(zai)青島(dao)鼎佳(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)有限公司,電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)鮑建、劉凌通過(guo)實(shi)(shi)地參觀(guan)、調研,了解學(xue)(xue)生在(zai)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)情(qing)況(kuang)、企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人才的(de)要求以(yi)及企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)對(dui)高職教(jiao)(jiao)育自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)意(yi)見和(he)建議(yi)(yi)。在(zai)積(ji)成電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)有限公司,系(xi)就業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)辦主(zhu)任(ren)曾慶磊、電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)信息技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)江(jiang)軍對(dui)學(xue)(xue)生頂(ding)崗實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)情(qing)況(kuang)和(he)學(xue)(xue)生在(zai)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)完成畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)設計(ji)情(qing)況(kuang)進(jin)行調研,全面(mian)掌握(wo)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人才培養情(qing)況(kuang)和(he)學(xue)(xue)生工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)及頂(ding)崗實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)情(qing)況(kuang)。

帶著問(wen)(wen)題學(xue)(xue)習,針(zhen)對(dui)問(wen)(wen)題調(diao)研,聚(ju)集(ji)問(wen)(wen)題整(zheng)改(gai),是“大(da)(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)習、大(da)(da)(da)(da)調(diao)研、大(da)(da)(da)(da)改(gai)進”的核心要義。鐵道供電與電氣工(gong)程(cheng)系(xi)在組織教師赴企(qi)業調(diao)研過程(cheng)中,始終堅持問(wen)(wen)題導向原則(ze),堅持求真務實,深(shen)入基層面(mian)(mian)對(dui)面(mian)(mian)聽取企(qi)業員工(gong)、畢業學(xue)(xue)生意見建議(yi),深(shen)入了解(jie)(jie)企(qi)業及學(xue)(xue)生的教育需求,堅決杜(du)絕漫無目的、走馬觀花、浮光掠影式調(diao)研,防(fang)止搞形式、走過場。對(dui)調(diao)研中發現的問(wen)(wen)題,該系(xi)召(zhao)開教職工(gong)工(gong)作會議(yi),直面(mian)(mian)問(wen)(wen)題,全(quan)面(mian)(mian)探討,明(ming)確改(gai)進路徑和解(jie)(jie)決方法。下(xia)一(yi)步(bu),該系(xi)將進一(yi)步(bu)加(jia)強領導,健(jian)全(quan)機制,強化督(du)導,深(shen)入推進“大(da)(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)習、大(da)(da)(da)(da)調(diao)研、大(da)(da)(da)(da)改(gai)進”,確保把各項工(gong)作落實落細,完善修訂人(ren)才培養方案,全(quan)面(mian)(mian)提(ti)升教育教學(xue)(xue)質量,為培養優質人(ren)才、助力(li)新舊動能轉換重大(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)程(cheng)、書寫(xie)“奮進之(zhi)筆”貢獻積(ji)極力(li)量。
